Job Summary
Service Technician (yard) for WillScot focused on maintaining and repairing modular buildings. Responsibilities include inspecting buildings and performing repairs across framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and related tasks; conducting check-in/out inspections, creating floor plan drawings as needed, and ensuring trailers are ready for delivery with quality workmanship. Requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, carpentry knowledge, and strong communication skills; electrical, plumbing, and welding experience are a plus. Emphasis on safety, customer service, inventory management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
