Job Summary
Service Technician in the yard performing inspections and repairs on mobile office trailers, including framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and other repair tasks. Responsibilities include completing check-in/out inspections for rented units, creating floor plan drawings as needed, executing customer-requested modifications, maintaining inventory of tools/parts, providing courteous customer service, ensuring trailers meet delivery and quality standards, performing HVAC checks per guidelines, and performing any duties at field locations as business needs. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to work independently, basic computer skills, strong communication, carpentry knowledge/experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Required Qualifications
