Job Summary
Service Technicians inspect buildings and perform repairs/readiness work on modular building fleets, including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and more. Responsibilities emphasize safety, including adherence to Williams Scotsman safety policies and scheduled safety activities; maintain a clean work area; operate a company vehicle with a valid license; perform repairs and inspections (check-in/out) of rented/off-rented buildings; create floor plan drawings as needed; complete related paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls; provide courteous customer service and communicate repairs and services clearly; ensure trailers meet scheduled delivery dates and quality standards; HVAC checks per guidelines; and potential duties at field locations as needed. The role requires independent work in a fast-paced environment, good communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. Veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have carpentry knowledge and experience
- Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus
- A current valid driver’s license and a clean record
