Job Summary
Diagnose issues with hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, pressure washer, waste oil furnaces, and compressed air systems. Service and repair on-road, off-road mobile equipment, and industrial fluid power systems. Refurbish, rebuild, and replace required components to restore equipment to working order. Perform welding and fabrication tasks as projects require. Maintain accurate service and repair documents while upholding safety commitments. Work Monday through Friday, maintaining a clean work area and attending required training programs. Travel and work overtime if necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and installation
- Proficient in basic hydraulic plumbing, welding, and mechanical fabrication
- Ability to read & understand hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical drawings and schematics
- Professional, superior customer service skills
- Strongly motivated with an ability to work independently
- High level of integrity and ethical values
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills or ability to learn for record keeping
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to consistently use arms & legs with full range of motion; frequent stooping, bending, squatting & kneeling; exert push & pull forces
- Able to work overtime
- Able to travel if necessary
