Job Summary
Perform repairs, routine service, and preventative maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to recommend effective solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes, communicating clearly with customers about system performance and service recommendations. Maintain professionalism throughout interactions and handle tasks in attics, crawlspaces, and while lifting heavy equipment. Requires EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of residential HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification - universal OR type I and II
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
