Service Tech PM

PM Technician responsible for the scheduled maintenance of all forklifts within a designated service zone, including conducting inspections, performing minor repairs, and reporting findings. Focus on building and maintaining customer relationships as the primary service contact, communicating repairs or maintenance needed to keep forklifts safe and operational, managing the planned maintenance program and service intervals, and ensuring 100% PM completion while working at customer locations. Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean/unrestricted driver’s license, and the ability to keep a company vehicle at home; must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and possess basic computer skills. The role is performed in customer locations and potentially in shops or outdoor environments, with emphasis on safety procedures and accurate documentation.
