Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair agricultural and construction equipment, documenting repair notes with customer information, serial numbers, and operating hours. Provide guidance to customers on proper operation and maintenance while utilizing the dealer portal for technical manuals and service updates. Ensure accurate parts ordering to complete repairs efficiently. High School Diploma or GED required, with automotive or diesel certifications preferred. Proficient in diagnostic software and computer use, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential. Prior experience repairing agricultural or construction equipment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
