Job Summary
Level III Technician at NetPlanner maintains and monitors the tech environment, manages tech inventory, provides second-level support to users, and ensures customer satisfaction with timely, courteous responses. They proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and may lead projects as needed. Duties include field training, communicating problem status to customers/management, escalating unresolved issues with project managers or vendors, identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements, monitoring and administering systems, leading projects, standing for up to 8 hours, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance, reaching overhead, reading technical docs, and using tools with good hand-eye coordination. Requires strong organizational skills, punctuality, ability to work under pressure, basic accounting knowledge, adherence to safety rules, and compliance with company policies. Education: High school diploma or GED; 4 years of business tech support experience or a 2-year college degree.
