Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Per the role, perform installation, service, and repair of HVAC equipment; read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams; conduct preventive maintenance; document service activities and parts used; communicate clearly with customers and ensure safety protocols and industry standards are followed. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, with opportunity for commission and ongoing training within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years proven experience as HVAC Service Technician or similar role
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
