Job Summary
Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns while assisting with preventative maintenance programs and grounds upkeep. Communicate daily with the Service Manager and Community Manager regarding property needs, resident concerns, and repair solutions. Ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards, maintain tool inventory, and use AppFolio to track work orders. Perform general grounds maintenance, trash removal, and property inspections while delivering excellent customer service. Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies. Requires at least one year of maintenance experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and comfort working outdoors in various conditions. Required Qualifications
