Job Summary
Service Technician to perform route service and field execution, loading, unloading, and organizing filters and supplies, completing scheduled filter service and maintenance at customer sites, communicating service needs and issues to the Regional Service Manager, and upholding safety and quality standards while traveling within the region; role requires independent work with occasional overnight travel and a take-home vehicle, with an emphasis on safety, professionalism, and strong customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet weight limit of 275 pounds for OSHA ladder safety requirement
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, drug/alcohol testing, and any customer-required screenings
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, read basic work instructions, and follow standard procedures
- Comfort using mobile applications and handheld devices (smartphone) to access work orders and document work
- Strong customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to meet the essential physical, travel, and schedule requirements of the role, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs., daily territory travel, and occasional overnight travel or overtime
