Job Summary
Field-based Service Technician responsible for scheduled filter service and related maintenance at customer locations, performing route-based service, loading/unloading supplies, maintaining inventory, and providing coverage for other territories as needed with occasional overnight travel. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR, ability to pass background and drug screenings, comfort using mobile applications and handheld devices to document work, strong customer service, reliability, and attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as required. The role includes a take-home vehicle, early starts, and potential overtime based on customer needs; work is performed at industrial/commercial sites with exposure to varying conditions and PPE is required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug/alcohol testing
- Comfort using mobile applications and handheld devices to document work
- Strong customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to meet physical and travel requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs, daily travel, occasional overnight travel/overtime)
