Job Summary
Experienced Service Technician in the Orlando area responsible for troubleshooting and repairing gasoline dispensing units (Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, Gasboy, Bennett), electronic POS systems (VeriFone, Gilbarco, NCR), installing, programming and testing petroleum equipment, and performing preventative maintenance on fueling systems. Role includes analyzing electrical and mechanical problems, providing repairs, communicating technical issues to customers in non-technical terms, and supporting on-the-job training with branch managers and fellow technicians. Requires outdoor work in varying weather, local travel, and physical lifting; on-site collaboration with a team to service customers in the petroleum industry.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Issued Driver’s License and good driving record
- At least 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining gasoline dispensing units including dispenser hydraulics and submerged pump units
- Hold valid dispenser certification(s)
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather; daily local travel; lifting 50-75 lbs.
