Job Summary
Experienced Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing gasoline dispensing units and electronic POS systems; install, program and test petroleum equipment; perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems; communicate with customers and explain technical issues in a non-technical manner. Requires High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, 2+ years’ experience, dispenser certification(s), ability to work outdoors in all weather, daily local travel, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs. The role involves working with SPATCO Energy Solutions’ service and field teams, training and certifications provided, and collaboration with branch managers, dispatchers, and other technicians.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Issued Driver’s License and good driving record
- At least 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining gasoline dispensing units including dispenser hydraulics and submerged pump units
- Hold valid dispenser certification(s)
