Service Tech / Advisor

Service Technician/Advisor role focused on bike care: troubleshoot repairs and service a variety of bikes, install accessories chosen by customers, and interact with customers as the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable. Emphasis on customer hospitality, communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles and new technologies. Location-based at Trek Store Fort Collins; opportunity to work with brand-new models and contribute to a supportive team culture.
