Job Summary
Service Technician/Advisor at Trek Store Madison East responsible for diagnosing and repairing bicycles, performing on-the-spot servicing, and installing accessories. You’ll engage with customers to evaluate issues, recommend repairs, and build relationships to keep equipment running flawlessly. You’ll also represent the service department when the Service Manager isn’t available, with a focus on hospitality, communication, and learning the ins and outs of servicing bicycles and new models. Role emphasizes a warm, proactive customer experience, collaboration with teammates, and opportunities to learn and grow within Trek’s service team.
