Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Complete truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintain store recovery to deliver Brand Promises. Engage customers with rewards programs, VOC survey, and omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; adhere to SOPs; support shrink and safety programs; participate in in-stock optimization and merchandising duties. Must be 16 years or older; local legal requirements apply.
