Service Team Member

Greet customers, engage in sales conversations, and advise on products while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays, and fulfilling orders for in-store and curbside pick-up. Deliver orders safely if assigned, adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and maintain awareness of promotions and loyalty programs. Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
