Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service in a Michaels store: assist customers, help them find products, and provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards. Perform truck unloading, stocking, planogram maintenance, and merchandise recovery to keep a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Participate in Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup In Store, Ship From Store), engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, and support store operations including SISO and AD sets. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, adhere to SOPs and company programs, promote a positive image, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment. Flexible responsibilities include general shop duties, safety compliance, and assisting with various duties as assigned. The role aligns with part-time Store Team Member responsibilities in a public retail setting with benefits for part-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
