Service Team Member - Must be willing to unload trucks and ring cash register

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. Perform truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain in-store recovery and planograms, and participate in omnichannel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store). Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, support store operations such as SISO and AD sets, and adhere to SOPs and safety programs while engaging customers and promoting store programs (Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards). Promote a positive store image, interact respectfully with customers and teammates, and be prepared to assist with general duties as assigned.
