Job Summary
Service Team Member responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers locate products, and providing a fast, accurate checkout experience. Works with truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintains store recovery and planograms, engages customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, and participates in omnichannel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store). Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; supports in-store operations such as SISO/AD sets, merchandise recovery, safety compliance, SOP adherence, and brand standards. Maintains VOC survey engagement, assists with inventory and shelving, and upholds a positive, respectful store environment across shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Uses cash handling standards and supports shrink and safety programs; benefits include a range of health and wellness offerings. Location: Burnaby, BC, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
