Job Summary
Service Team Member at Michaels responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting shoppers, processing transactions with cash-handling standards, and driving store recovery through unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms. Responsibilities include engaging customers with rewards programs and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, supporting Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store), executing SISO and AD set duties, ensuring merchandise availability and in-stock conditions, supporting shrink and safety programs, adhering to SOPs and company policies, and cross-training in Custom Framing selling/production. The role emphasizes positive customer interactions, teamwork, and upholding the store’s brand promises; work environment includes standing for long periods, lifting, and potential night/weekend/early-morning shifts.
