Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service in a public retail environment, assist customers with finding products, provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling, assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance, and participate in store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Engage customers on rewards programs and credit card enrollments, educate on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, help with merchandise recovery, SISO and AD set duties, support shrink and safety programs, adhere to SOPs and company policies, and interact respectfully with customers and teammates. This role may involve frame shop duties and other store responsibilities as assigned.
