Job Summary
Service Team Member at The Michaels Companies in Nampa, ID. Responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, helping customers locate products, executing fast and accurate checkout with cash handling, unloading trucks, stocking, planogram maintenance, merchandise recovery, and in-store maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; participate in Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS), support shrink and safety programs, adhere to SOPs and company policies, promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, and engage customers on VOC surveys. Supports in-store operations such as in-stock optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and performs other duties as assigned. Required to be 16+ years old; benefits available for full-time and part-time team members; environment includes standing for long periods, lifting, and possible night/weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
