Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers in locating products and solutions, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance (POGs), maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions, and execute store-wide processes including SISO, AD sets, and compliance with SOPs. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, support Omnichannel activities such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), engage customers in rewards programs and enrollment, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment while upholding safety programs and company policies.
