Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and provide fast, friendly checkout; unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Card enrollments; participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store); execute VOC surveys; assist with SHRINK/safety programs and SOP compliance; support merchandise recovery, SISO and AD-set duties, and general store recovery. Promote a positive image, interact respectfully with customers and team members, and embody the company values.
Required Qualifications
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements to work in the U.S.
- Minimum age 16 years old for applicants
Desired Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production preferred
- Experience with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) preferred
