Job Summary
Service Team Leader responsible for leading a team of service technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machines. Coordinates technician rosters, assigns shop work, clears obstacles to ensure repair plans are executed safely, efficiently, and on time. Communicates repair plans, changes, and status to technicians, customers, and stakeholders; monitors technician productivity, repair quality, open repairs, work efficiency, and customer satisfaction; coaches technicians through feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities. Provides first-line technical support to technicians, escalates complex issues, and ensures accurate problem-solving documentation. Supports service logistics, including materials, equipment, personnel, invoicing, timesheets, and job safety assessments. Serves as a key point of contact for customers by building positive relationships, resolving service or warranty issues, and delivering high-quality customer service.
