Job Summary
As Service Team Leader, you will manage a diverse team of multi-skilled technicians, ensuring safety practices and quality standards are adhered to. Your responsibilities include providing support to the team, handling purchase orders, coordinating the deployment of fleet and staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with equipment allocation. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules. You must be prepared to travel 20 to 30% yearly and be on call.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry
- Years of experience managing a team of 10+ technical employees
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in a diverse and technical environment
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system
- Strong organizational skills and skilled at multitasking
