Service Team Lead

Lead and mentor a maintenance team responsible for completing minor and major repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general building preventive maintenance to keep the property functional, safe, and presentable. Manage inventory for mechanical systems, coordinate with community leaders, tenants, and vendors, and support safety programs and emergency procedures. Oversee preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, and related systems; supervise scheduling of apartment turnovers and move-out inspections; participate in capital improvements and after-hours on-call programs. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of maintenance experience; preferred EPA, CPO, and boiler operator licenses. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with ability to train, coach, and supervise staff.
