Job Summary
Lead team development, supervise personnel, and ensure quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with state regulations and agency policies. Manage daily operations and scheduling to guarantee staff presence for the safety of individuals served, coordinate financial and health supports, and prepare Individual Support Plans. Facilitate team meetings, build welcoming processes for new members, and respond to unexpected changes or demands. Participate in a seven-day on-call rotation for the assigned area. This full-time role in Medford and Grants Pass requires an Associate's degree or two years of supervisory experience and involves working a flexible schedule with last-minute changes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Associate's degree
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn agency applications
- Dependable, reliable, and regular work attendance
- Adherence to attendance policies
- Valid driver's license
- Eligibility to drive agency vehicles
- Must pass required DHS background check
- Must pass Protective Service Investigations
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification to a satisfactory level in Oregon Intervention System
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in CPR
- Ability to complete all duties related to being a Mandatory Abuse Reporter
- Ability to complete new hire orientation and on-site training within 60 days of hire
