Job Summary
Service Systems Engineer at KLA responsible for driving design changes to optimize tool serviceability, cost-of-service, and service revenue through predictive data analytics and AI initiatives. Collaborate with Tech Support, New Product Integration, and Division Engineering to understand tool performance, identify and drive hardware and software predictive design requirements, create prototypes and conduct testing, leverage AI to analyze large data volumes, develop models, and design tools to improve efficiency for TSEs, PEs, and CSEs. Proactively influence design features to improve predictability, calibrations, diagnostics, and reliability while protecting IP and reducing service costs.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
