Job Summary
Build, calibrate, troubleshoot, upgrade, repair, and test Uson products following procedures and work instructions; maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance; log and resolve customer issues; prepare quotations for calibration/repairs/modifications; stay updated on product standards; ensure clean, safe work areas; meet KPIs; complete documentation (timesheets, service reports, calibration records, checklists, CRM/MRP entries, parts usage); participate in after-hours call rotation and travel to customer sites as needed; provide analysis for continuous improvement and identify product issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; vocational training, trade school, or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering Technology preferred.
