Job Summary
Answer inbound service calls with warmth and professionalism, then schedule and manage appointments by confirming details and ensuring shop capacity. Make proactive outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recall notifications, and satisfaction check-ins while guiding guests through the scheduling process. Maintain accurate records of customer contact activity and coordinate with service advisors to communicate special needs. Follow up on no-shows to reschedule missed appointments and keep the drive full. Maintain a calm presence while managing high call volumes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with scheduling software, DMS platforms, or CRM tools
- Calm and composed when managing a high volume of calls and scheduling requests simultaneously
- Organized and accurate -- appointment scheduling and customer records need to be right every time
- Proactive follow-through -- you don't wait to be reminded to make the next call
- Genuinely warm and professional phone presence -- you represent the store in every conversation
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or phone-based guest communication experience preferred
- Automotive or dealership experience a plus -- not required
