Job Summary
Provide unparalleled support to customers, location service managers and field service technicians on service requests. Open work orders for dealer locations and field service techs. Coordinate with service managers and scheduler to maintain location-specific schedules and track progress. Direct requests for additional support from field service to the appropriate location. Responsibilities include handling internal/external inquiries, opening repair work orders, updating customer profiles, utilizing ExpertConnect Ticketing Process, maintaining communication with customers and service techs, ensuring field techs receive parts and service communications, may obtain customer approval for quoted repairs, tracking tickets to timely completion, updating the SSPL with service data and coordinating with the Sales Coordinator, preparing repair orders for review and invoicing, participating in Service EDUCATE training, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and staying knowledgeable on John Deere products. Working conditions include all weather, extended sitting, lifting at least 30 pounds, and an office or remote setting with travel as needed.
