Responsibilities include dispatching removal teams, transporting remains to the crematory, assisting during funeral services, and maintaining confidentiality. The position requires strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a professional, compassionate demeanor; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are required. Experience in office clerical or customer service capacities is required, with funeral industry experience preferred but not required.
