Job Summary
Service Support Specialist to assist dispatch in creating work orders, maintain billing notes, and input equipment data; perform clerical duties (scanning, filing, mail); welcome customers and tag equipment for repairs; manage UPS shipments; organize warehouse components; prioritize safety; adapt to tasks assigned by Branch Manager; non-supervisory role reporting to Branch Manager; requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years related experience; may involve office work, light lifting, and operating office equipment. Required Qualifications
- Educational Foundation: High School diploma or its equivalent
- Experience: Two years of education and/or experience in a related field
- Must have 3-5 years' experience in dispatching
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
