Service Support Specialist

Job Summary
Provide administrative and clerical support for field service operations: receive and respond to service calls/requests, monitor the main service email inbox, coordinate preventive maintenance services and customer appointments, manage service schedules and technician availability, assist with ordering and tracking parts and supplies, ensure coordination and dispatch of services with engineers, produce accurate service quotes and follow up with clients, participate in after-hours on-call rotation, assist with work order auditing and resolving discrepancies, and provide proficient information to customers via in-person, phone, or email to ensure exceptional customer service. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a service-centric environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, inventory management, or a related operational support role
- Experience working in a service-oriented environment, preferably supporting field service operations, healthcare, medical imaging, or technical service organizations
- Experience using ERP, CRM, inventory management, or service management systems
