Job Summary
Service Support Specialist to manage dispatch, logistics, and financial admin in a fast-paced healthcare equipment environment. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching field service technicians, handling client inquiries, tracking parts purchases, verifying calibration status for regulatory compliance, processing invoices for Time & Materials, assisting with AR/AP tasks, researching pricing for Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreements, handling general office duties, and collaborating with team to balance workloads. Wants detail-oriented, proactive individuals with ERP data-entry skills and strong communication, able to support field technicians and maintain data integrity in NetSuite. In-person role based in Franklin, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or operations administration preferred
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems preferred
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities; exceptional communication skills
