Job Summary
Service Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for field service operations, customer service, inventory management, and billing. Responsibilities include handling incoming inquiries, directing to appropriate personnel, resolving customer concerns, processing service requests and cases, coordinating dispatch with field technicians, supporting NetSuite data entry and basic reporting, maintaining customer records and regulatory documentation (FDA/state/vendor), assisting with field service calibration and inventory control, and supporting AR/AP tasks and invoicing. Must demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in administrative support or operational role
- Experience in medical device, service, or logistics environments a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating within a team environment
