Job Summary
Supports data collection, consolidation, and reporting for service operations and governance, focusing on data validation, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and management reporting. Works with multiple data sources, aids in building databases for reporting/analysis, ensures data accuracy and governance, and collaborates with analysts and managers to meet analytical needs in a data-driven decision-making environment.
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience or internship in administrative, data, reporting, BI, or analytical roles
- Solid knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or similar), including tables, formulas, and data organization
- Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data
- Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields
- Spanish language skills are a differential, but not mandatory
