Service Support Coordinator I

Job Summary
Provides administrative support for service operations, ensures data accuracy in databases and systems, processes transactions on time, delivers required reports, ensures information needed by internal and external customers is provided accurately and on time, adheres to SLAs for Subcon Admin Transactions, and supports productivity and development initiatives. Requires college graduate and 1-3 years of related service/administrative experience, supply chain familiarity (order management, purchasing, logistics), strong administration, analytical and organizational skills, initiative and ownership, attention to detail, back-office experience, time management, teamwork, service business knowledge, fluent English, and ERP familiarity (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- College graduate of any course
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Previous experience within a service environment performing administrative functions.
- Previous experience on supply chain (order management, purchasing and logistics)
- Focused with strong administration, analytical and organizational skills.
- Possesses initiative and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Keen attention to details.
- Comprehensive administrative/clerical/back-office experience
- Time management skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Works well with others; team player
- Strong sense/knowledge of the service business
- Fluent English written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of computer systems. Knowledge of ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
