Job Summary
Manage all maintenance operations for the 416-unit apartment community in Aurora, CO, diagnosing and repairing basic and complex issues for both vacant and occupied units while adhering to the planned maintenance budget. Maintain all service and safety records in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Handle maintenance requests timely and professionally to ensure resident satisfaction, performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Director. This role requires at least five years of on-site property maintenance experience, Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, and a Certified Pool Operator credential. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one weekend off per month and rotating on-call availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience as a Service Supervisor in on-site property maintenance
- Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Must be able to work weekends once per month, and as circumstances warrant
- Must be able to work on-call once a month for emergencies
- Valid CO Driver's License
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)
- Successful experience in apartment maintenance with demonstrated skills in leadership, maintenance, and customer service
