Service Supervisor

Model safe work behaviors and lead a team of technicians while maximizing shop productivity through efficient work order scheduling. Provide direct customer support, follow up on repairs, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-level service delivery. Administer performance evaluations, create quotes, and review invoices for internal and external customers. Manage work-in-progress, contamination control, and corrective actions for shop floor and office procedures. Investigate accidents, report near misses, and assist with fixed asset management and capital expenditures. Requires minimum post-secondary education, three years of supervisory experience, and a Class 5 driver's license.
