Service Supervisor - The Letterman (Student Living)

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include managing resident service work orders, diagnosing defects, completing the make-ready process for vacants, creating and prioritizing punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, maintaining inventory and supplies, conducting monthly preventative maintenance, leading safety meetings, ensuring OSHA and safety compliance, and delivering high-quality resident service with strong teamwork and accountability.
