Service Supervisor - SFI Red Deer

Job Summary
Coordinate daily shop and field service activities, enforce company policies and health and safety programs, and train service technicians through hands-on work. Manage daily scheduling, time off requests, and competency evaluations while conducting monthly department reviews. Execute Hours of Service inspections, review logs, and sign off on field service reports. Book and schedule service fleet units, maintain equipment inventories, and lead performance evaluations for field staff. Address client issues promptly, provide technical assistance for bid packaging, and develop strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. Complete all HSE requirements and drive initiatives to maintain 100% compliance on DATS.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of comprehensive knowledge of wellhead products and service industry
- Service Technician Level 3 qualifications and training requirements or industry equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of all wellhead products and the service industry
- Class 3 Drivers License, ability to produce a current driver's abstract
- In order to meet customer site access safety requirements, applicants must participate in an alcohol and drug test and show compliance with Stream-Flo's Alcohol and Drug Policy before being considered eligible for hire
Desired Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
