Oversee Otis service field operations in Jeddah, manage call backs, preventive/reactive maintenance, and modernization activities; act as second-level technical support; conduct client-site safety audits and ensure operations align with OTIS procedures and WWJSSS; drive performance metrics, coaching, and training to maximize customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

- Monitors productivity and utilization against plan
- Communicates with finance for timely dues collection
- Organizes and supervises team activities for self-management
- Creates and maintains records for equipment dispatch and transitional works
- Provides coaching and feedback for continuous development
- Participates in formal and informal trainings for technical tasks
