Service Supervisor-Residential

Job Summary
Oversee daily scheduling of service jobs and assist with problem-solving for office staff and service technicians; monitor technicians' schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability; track jobs completed and follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met; facilitate processing of completed jobs for proper handling of materials and accurate billing; complete administrative paperwork on time; perform employee performance reviews with the Department Manager and provide performance-improvement action plans when necessary; participate in planning processes to establish department goals and objectives; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Experienced using Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems
