Service Supervisor - Prose Ballpark Village

Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to maintain Greystar community buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet safety, appearance, and functional standards. Responsibilities include handling resident service work orders, performing routine upkeep, managing the make-ready process for vacant units, inspecting and ensuring quality of contractor work, maintaining inventory and supplies, assisting with budgeting for repairs and maintenance, and upholding safety policies in alignment with OSHA and company procedures. The role requires coordination with the Community Manager, interaction with residents, and ensuring high-quality maintenance operations across the property; specialized skills include EPA HVAC certifications, tool proficiency, and strong customer service.
