Supervise and manage all shop processes, financials, mechanic development, and customer satisfaction. Ensure service staff executes the work order process to maintain consistency, efficiency, and clear customer communication. Lead a team in Wenatchee, WA, driving results while fostering strong employee relations. Requires prior experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, or Supervisor with construction and forestry equipment knowledge. Compensation ranges from $74,222 to $111,332 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, Service Supervisor, or Service Manager
- Knowledge of construction and forestry equipment
- Preference for John Deere equipment
- Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting
- Prior operational experience with an understanding of staffing
- Prior operational experience with an understanding of personnel procedures
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Leadership skills and mindset
- Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations
- Must be a great leader
- Must be results-driven
- Must have a desire to create a great experience for customers
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, Service Supervisor, or Service Manager with knowledge of construction and forestry equipment, preferably John Deere
