Job Summary
Service Supervisor role leading Otis & Sigma field service teams in Thailand. Supervises daily field service operations, including 24-hour emergency breakdown support, ensuring safety and quality according to maintenance plans; leads and coaches technicians to achieve high efficiency and safety standards; conducts regular site inspections, daily briefings, and weekly reviews to reduce breakdowns; meets with customers and prepares monthly service reports to support customer satisfaction; coordinates with Service Sales on repairs and billing to support service sales and margin targets; performs other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
- Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written); spoken English is an advantage. Thai language proficiency is required
